The practical things
Before we step inside.
How much space does the Flashbox need?
The booth measures approximately 1.6 × 0.8 × 2 metres. We recommend a clear 2 × 3-metre area for comfortable guest movement, though it can fit within 2 × 2 metres when necessary.
Can the Flashbox be used outdoors?
Yes, on a smooth and level surface with a secure roof or overhead cover. If there is any chance of rain or wet ground, a stable platform must also be provided.
When will the team arrive?
Our team arrives 2 hours before operation to bring in, assemble, and test the booth. Please coordinate supplier access with your venue.
Can guests download their photos immediately?
Yes. Guests can scan the QR code after their session and download their photos to their phones. This requires a stable internet connection at the venue.
How do we reserve our date?
A 50% reservation fee officially secures the booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the event. A ₱5,000 non-refundable pencil-booking fee may temporarily hold an available date and will be deducted from the reservation fee if you proceed within the agreed holding period.
